We’re glad you asked. Outsourcing is when we gladly handle all of your laundry needs and it allows our clients to reduce employee cost, unemployment insurance, paid time off, etc. For example; your company may have $15,000 monthly in payroll. Allowing us to handle your laundry needs will definitely reduce that expense. Imagine that expense being cut in half, if not lower.

What is required for Pic-N-Drop to reduce that costs? 

 

Of course we’re in business the same as you are. We do require a decent amount of quantity to be laundered to benefit both of us. We also will negotiate a discounted rate to assist in keeping your costs low long as you are stable with your quantity amounts. We require a minimum invoice weekly of at least $600 per week. 

 

Other available options are a flat price based on your average per week or month. Meaning, if your average is $800 per week, we will reduce it to $750 and that is your rate. We will no longer weigh your laundry if that option is selected. The only way the amount changes is if your company had a special event or holiday seasons where your stays were more than usual. Because you are a valued customer, we will only bill the overage at $1lb. 

 

What other options does Pic-N-Drop offer? 

 

We offer to only wash and dry your laundry for a discounted rate and return it separated for you. 

 

We also offer to only wash your laundry as well. 

 

The above options are based on needs and preferences. 

 

The last option is full service of wash/dry/fold. 

 

Please keep in mind, emergency calls will be billed at the full rate. We strongly advise our clients to truly understand their needs as far as pickups and drop-offs to be billed at the discounted rate. 

 

When will my laundry be picked up and delivered?

 

That is discussed with our clients to ensure we can accommodate properly. 

 

Does Pic-N-Drop service on Holidays?

 

We are closed on Holidays to ensure our staff spends quality time with their families. Holiday request will be billed at a higher rate due to us being closed. We can’t always guarantee services will be provided, however we strive to keep our clients satisfied. 

 

How often are we required to satisfy invoices? 

 

Pic-N-Drop prefers a minimum of a bi-weekly payment. In many cases we will accept a net 30. Invoices not paid within 5 days of a net 30, service will be suspended until your invoice is satisfied.
